Booking Conditions

All bookings, whether send by e-mail, fax or post are sind verbindlich. The workshop fee has to be paid after receiving the booking confirmation from The Arts House Project. If the course fee hasn’t been paid in time or not in full, The Arts House Project has the right to refuse participation in the workshop. A cancellation fee has to be paid (see below).

Cancellation fees:
Cancellation up to Dec 1st, 2005: 30,- €
After the Dec 1st, 2005: 20% of the workshop fee
From the Dec 23, 2005: 100% (total workshop fee)

Observer bookings are underlying the same conditions.

If a minimum number of participants can’t be reached, The Arts House Project has the right to cancel the workshop with Tom Todoroff. In this case the course fee will be refunded in full. However, we are not responsible for refunding accomadation or travel arrangements. The participants are responsible for accomodation, travel and food.
